12000 Terms & Conditions of Use

Important: By accessing or using the 12000 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the 12000 platform. By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing games, or using any service within this platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with all terms set out herein.
The 12000 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above who are legally eligible to use online entertainment services in their jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform is lawful in their region before registering.
12000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 12000 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances without compensation.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Any false or misleading information provided at registration may result in immediate account suspension or termination. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details.
You must notify the 12000 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation or your password has been compromised. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
Full name, phone number, email address, and payment details must be accurate and kept up to date at all times.
Users are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account, regardless of who performs the action.
3. Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Activities
Users of the 12000 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities that could compromise platform integrity, harm other users, or violate applicable law:
- Using any software, scripts, bots, or automated methods to access, exploit, or manipulate games or platform systems.
- Colluding with other users to exploit promotions, bonuses, or betting systems in a dishonest or coordinated manner.
- Transferring funds through the platform for any purpose other than legitimate entertainment, including any money laundering activity.
- Registering an account on behalf of another person, or using someone else's identity information without their lawful consent.
- Accessing the platform from regions where the service is prohibited or restricted under local law.
- Posting or transmitting content that is harassing, threatening, defamatory, or offensive through the 12000 platform.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balance, and legal action where necessary. 12000 reserves the right to disclose account information to relevant authorities when required by law.
4. Payment Information, Deposits and Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 12000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using valid payment methods registered in their own name. Using payment methods belonging to a third party without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Deposits confirmed by the system are final and cannot be unilaterally reversed by the user. However, if a technical error results in a duplicate deposit or incorrect amount, users must notify the support team within 24 hours of the transaction.
For withdrawals, users are required to fulfil all applicable account verification requirements, including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures if requested. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name. Minimum withdrawal limits and processing times are subject to the chosen payment method and may vary from time to time.
Account balances left inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee in accordance with the platform's current policy. 12000 reserves the right to decline or place on hold any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 12000 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied guarantees or warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 12000 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses incurred during technical service disruptions, network outages, or system failures beyond our control.
Users acknowledge that all betting and gaming activity on this platform carries financial risk, and they agree to bear full responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of valid game outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, branding, graphics, text, and software on the 12000 platform are the exclusive property of the platform operator. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written permission from 12000 management.
Third-Party Links
The 12000 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment processors. 12000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Users are advised to review the relevant third party's terms and privacy policy before using their services.
6. Account Suspension Policy, Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure
12000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from law enforcement authorities, or failure to comply with identity verification procedures. In cases of suspension due to policy violations, balances associated with the activity in question may be forfeited.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once the required identity verification is completed.
Changes to Terms
12000 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-platform notifications or email to registered users. Users who continue to use the platform after such notice is given are deemed to have accepted the revised terms.
Applicable Laws
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's operating jurisdiction.
